We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us via the UK retailers we work with for one of the following reasons:
A consumer has placed an order with the retailer for one or more products to be supplied by an Etail Group wholesaler.
A consumer wishes to return, or has reported a fault or damage with, a product they have received from an Etail Group wholesaler
We use the information given to us in order to fulfil placed orders, coordinate shipping and logistics with our partners, and facilitate customer service between the retailer, wholesaler and shipping and logistics partners.
We may share this information with our wholesale, shipping and logistics partners for the express purpose of fulfilling an order or assisting with a return or report of fault or damage. These partners include but may not be limited to:
Kinetic Logistics Ltd (our UK home delivery partner)
Dubee Agency (our customs clearance agent for UK imports)
The Etail Group wholesaler with whom the retailer has placed an order. Etail Group wholesalers are situated within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting infosec@etailgroup.co.uk
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(f) We have a legitimate interest.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. We keep a record of consumer names, phone numbers, email addresses and postal addresses for up to 12 months following the fulfilment of an order. We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting it from our system and putting it beyond use.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
